Introduction
Tumor Necrosis Factor β (TNF-β) is a secreted protein belonging to the tumor necrosis factor family. TNF-β binds to TNFRSF1A/TNFR1, TNFRSF1B/TNFBR and TNFRSF14/HVEM in homotrimeric form, binds to TNFRSF3/LTBR in heterotrimeric form with LTB. TNF-? forms heterotrimers with lymphotoxin-beta, which anchors TNF-β to the cell surface. TNF-β mediates the inflammatory, immunostimulatory, and antiviral response, involves in the formation of second lymphoid organs during development, has a role in apoptosis. TNF-β is produced by lymphocytes and cytotoxic for a variety of tumor cells in vitro and in vivo.

Recombinant Human Tumor Necrosis Factor beta (TNFβ) Protein is expressed with sequence (Leu35-Leu205) of Human TNF-β.
Purity: > 95% by SEC-HPLC and reducing SDS-PAGE.
Endotoxin: < 0.1 ng/ug (1 EU/ug).
Formulation: Lyophilized from a 0.2 um filtered solution of 20 mM PB, 150 mM NaCl, pH 7.4.
Reconstitution: Always centrifuge tubes before opening. Do not mix by vortex or pipetting. It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 ug/ml. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in 1X PBS. Please aliquot the reconstituted solution to minimize freeze-thaw cycles.
Shipping: The product is shipped with ice pack. Upon receipt, store it immediately at the temperature recommended below.
Stability & Storage: Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
