  • Syd Labs has extensive experience with making DNA constructs for Fc fusion protein production, expressing and purifying a number of Fc fusion proteins from microgram to kilogram scales in mammalian cells, such as CHO and HEK 293 cells. With improved DNA construction system and fully optimized secretion signal and linker sequences, Syd Labs can efficiently complete a project from DNA construction and transient production of Fc fusion proteins in CHO and HEK 293 cells, to Fc fusion protein purification. N-term or C-term of Fc fusions of peptides and proteins in secreted form and multiple Fc backbone are available upon request.

    Fast turnaround (BS050A):
    * 1-2 weeks for codon optimization and synthesizing the gene of interest.
    * 1-2 weeks for molecular construction of recombinant Fc fusion proteins using E.coli.

    Protein A is used for recombinant antibody purification. Please request if multiple purification methods are required.

  • The standard Western Blot protocol will be used to detect protein expression in solution, cell or tissue samples.

  • Highly efficient process to conjugate magnetic beads to clients' proteins and antibodies: the ratio is 20 ug protein or antibody per mg magnetic microbeads in the conjugation reaction. There are about 6 ug antibody or antibody that would be conjugated onto the beads at a concentration of 6ug antibody per mg magnetic beads.
