Two choices of mouse monoclonal antibody production protocols:
Standard protocol: producing hybridoma with monoclonal antibodies specific to your antigen in 24 weeks once the antigen is available.
Fast protocol: producing hybridoma with monoclonal antibodies specific to your antigen in 60 days once the antigen is available.
Description:
BS0010-1: $3800 for a standard 24-week program following the standard protocol.
Phase I: Immunization and boosts of 5 Balb/c mice following the standard immunization protocol.
Phase II: Fusion and ELISA screening.
Phase III: Subcloning and expansion.
Ten mg of peptide (purity > 85%, length > 12 amino acids) or 4 mg of soluble protein (concentration > 0.4 mg/ml, purity > 90%, molecular weight > 20 kDa) is required for immunization, and additional 5 mg for antigen affinity purification.
We will deliver 50 ul of pre-immune serum, about 100 ul ascites or 200 ul supernatant from 10 ELISA positive cells for evaluation, 1 positive hybridoma cell lines (2 mg antibodies for BS0010-6), remaining antigens, and ELISA results.
BS0010-7: $5000 for fast protocol of mouse monoclonal antibody production for Western Blot with recombinant proteins.
Day 0, Immunization of 3 Balb/c mice.
Day 1-10, Boost immunizations.
Day 14, Bleed about 0.1ml. Monitor the immune response of each mouse by ELISA and Western Blot. Customers provide membranes with various amount of loaded recombinant proteins.
Day 18, Fusion.
Day 36, 1st supernatant screening by ELISA.
Day 40, 2nd supernatant screening by ELISA and Western Blot with customers' membranes.
Day 45, Save WB-positive clones, and deliver 1-2 ml supernatant for each of these clones to the client for client's own confirmation.
Day 55, Grow up the hybridoma clone selected by client (1 clone per project) (Additional clone at $650 per clone.).
Day 60, Ship the hybridoma cells to the client.
