Rapidly engineer or genetically modify mammalian primary cells or cell lines using integrative viral delivery to achieve protein overproduction or gene silencing, stable labeling for tracing cell specification.
Because the copy number of the integrated gene via integrative viral delivery is much higher than that of naked plasmid DNA integration, efficiency of changing protein expression level is significantly improved.
BS0066-1. Stable Mammalian Cell Line Development Using Integrative Viral Delivery
Different from the stable mammalian cell line development method using traditional antibiotics selection, the method using integrative viral delivery is more efficient in integration of DNAs into cellular genome, resulting in higher efficient protein overproduction or gene silencing.
Deliverables:
a. 10 individual clones, 2-5 million cells per vial per clone;
b. Stable cell line development report.
BS0066-2. Fluorescence Labeling of Mammalian Cell lines
In order to trace the cell fates of transplanted cells, mammalian cell lines are stably labeled with different fluorescence markers such as green, red, and orange. Stable Mammalian Cell Lines are generated using integrative viral delivery.
Deliverables:
a. 10 individual clones, 2-5 million cells per vial per clone;
b. Stable cell line development report.
