MB000082-PL: High-purity Plasmid Mini Kit (Spin-column)

The Plasmid DNA Miniprep Kit is designed for rapid purification of plasmid DNA. The purified high-quality plasmid DNA is ready for routine molecular biology applications. This kit is based on a modified alkaline-SDS lysis procedure, followed by binding of plasmid DNA to silica-membrane column under appropriate high-salt and low pH conditions. Proteins and low molecular weight impurities are removed by Buffer PE and WB. Then plasmid DNA is eluted from in a low salt and high pH buffer.

MB000082-PC: Spin Column for Plasmid Miniprep

Major component of High-purity Plasmid Mini Kit (MB000082-PL). The spin column can also be used for PCR product cleanup and agarose gel extraction.
